(1) Due to the 1999 Eastern League AA expansion, the Erie, PA franchise moved to Niles, OH and became the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.
(2) The Pittsfield, MA franchise moved to Troy, NY in 2002.
(3) The St. Catharines, Ontario franchise moved to Queens, NY and played at St. John's University in 2000 while their stadium was being built in Brooklyn, NY. The franchise moved into their new stadium in Brooklyn, NY for the 2001 season.
(4) The Utica, NY franchise moved to Aberdeen, MD in 2002.
(5) The Watertown, NY franchise moved to Staten Island, NY but played at the College of Staten Island in 1999 while their stadium was being built. The franchise moved into their new stadium in Staten Island, NY for the 2000 season.
