(1) The Albany, NY franchise moved to Norwich, CT, in 1995.
(2) The Canton, OH franchise moved to Akron, OH in 1997 (originally named the Akron Blast, the name was changed
due to public concern over the association with the Challenger disaster and the loss of Akron native Judith Resnik).
(3) The Hagerstown, MD franchise moved to Bowie, MD in 1993.
(4) The Williamsport, PA franchise moved to Binghamton, NY in 1992.
(5) The London, Canada franchise moved to Trenton, NJ in 1994.
(6) The Eastern League added two expansion teams in 1993: The New Haven Ravens and the Portland Sea Dogs.
