(1) Due to the 1998 International League AAA expansion, the Durham, NC franchise moved
to Danville, VA in 1998 and then onto Myrtle Beach, SC in 1999 (the franchise played
in Danville, VA during the 1998 season while their new stadium was under construction
in Myrtle Beach, SC).
